Assign the proper permissions in QuickBooks.

Perform these preliminary setup steps to ensure your environment is properly set up.

Set up your QuickBooks Enterprise company in StarShip.

QuickBooks Enterprise Options allow you to configure Related Documents, Source Documents, and other QuickBooks-specific settings.

StarShip supports writing freight and tracking information (notes) directly to Invoices, Sales Orders, and Sales Receipts.

When you import and ship a document in StarShip, StarShip can update the SS_SHIP_STATUS field so that already processed shipments are marked as “Processed” after write-back to QuickBooks.

Prevent QuickBooks documents that have already been shipped from displaying in Rate/Ship.

Field mapping allows you to customize the way data is translated between QuickBooks Enterprise documents and the StarShip shipment.
