You must enable this setting in Acumatica in order for StarShip to successfully integrate with Acumatica.

Set up the default UOM values for correct write-back.

Configure settings for Customer Account and Location.

At least one Ship Via Code must be set up in Acumatica before you can ship your Sales Orders or Shipments in StarShip.

At least one Box must be set up in Acumatica

Enable the "Require Shipment" option.

Make sure to fill in any missing information on the Sales Order before importing it into StarShip.
