Enable the “Require Shipment” Option
In order to ship Non-Stock Items, the “Require Shipment” option must be enabled on
the item in Distribution > Inventory > Manage > Non-Stock Items. The “Require Shipment”
option is located on the General Settings tab, below the Default Warehouse selection.
