Fishbowl Custom Write-Back Setup for Sales Orders

StarShip supports write-back to custom and other fields in the Fishbowl Client. StarShip can access any custom (user defined) fields associated with the Sales Order. Custom fields must be mapped to StarShip fields in order for write-back to occur.

Some of the Fishbowl fields are mapped by default; other fields can be mapped to write back to Fishbowl as desired.

Fishbowl Custom Fields

To set up custom fields in Fishbowl, go to Setup > Custom Fields.
