StarShip currently supports Fishbowl Shipments, Sales Orders, and Customers.
Shipments
Only Shipments with a status of “Entered” or “Packed” are available for searching, rating, and shipping in StarShip. This includes statuses of Shipped or Cancelled.
For Shipments, Fishbowl supports header, line item, package, and package contents levels of data.
Sales Orders
Only Sales Orders with an “Open” status are available for searching, rating, and shipping in StarShip. This includes statuses of “Estimate”, “Issued”, and “In Progress”.
For Sales Orders, Fishbowl supports header and line item levels of data.
Customers
Fishbowl Customers are available for searching, rating, and shipping in StarShip.
Fishbowl supports header level detail for Customers.
