You must install the Sage 300 .NET Library for successful integration with StarShip. If you receive a message about installing the .NET Library during StarShip installation, follow these steps once the StarShip installer is finished.
- Navigate to \\SERVERNAME\Sage300ERP\runtime. Replace “SERVERNAME” with the name of the machine where the Sage 300 Server resides.
- Right-click on “smdotnet.exe” and select “Run as administrator”.
