These are the requirements for using StarShip Online.
Prerequisites
- Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome, or Microsoft Edge v44.18362.267.0 or higher
- StarShip Online Connector
StarShip Online Connector Requirements
- Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2012R2, Windows Server 2012R2, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2022. The StarShip Online Connector is also fully compatible with Windows RDS server 2008R2 and higher.
- Pentium 4 compatible or higher; It is recommended to have 2GHz or higher.
- 500 MB of free hard disk space
- 1 GB of RAM or higher
- Microsoft .NET 4.6.2 or higher
- Adobe Reader is required for printing the Bills of Lading, and labels are returned from the carrier in PDF format (such as YRC and TForce Freight). It is also required for Print Preview, which lets you preview documents and labels before printing them.
