StarShip can write back freight, tracking, and other shipment detail to QuickBooks based on your write-back Settings.
Freight Write-Back
When enabled, freight will write back to a line item field with the Item Type/Item Code and Freight Description. The Freight Description will only be used if no Notes exist in Freight line.
Notes Write-Back
When enabled, you can select to have Notes written back to the to the Freight Line Item field, Notes Line Item field, or the Memo field.
Freight Line Item Field
The Notes will write back to the same line item field as the Freight charges.
Notes Line Item Field
Notes will write back to a separate notes line item. You can specify the Item Type and Item Code to use when writing back.
Memo Field
Notes will write back to the MEMO field in the lower portion of the QuickBooks document.
