StarShip will need to be recertified to access the QuickBooks company once every three years.
- Open QuickBooks and log in to the company as an Administrator.
- If the error message is still open, click the Retry button. If the message is not open, relaunch StarShip.
- On the QuickBooks Application Certificate window, choose “Yes, whenever this QuickBooks company file is open.”
- Click Continue. If the information in the confirmation window is correct, click Done.
