Recertify StarShip

StarShip will need to be recertified to access the QuickBooks company once every three years.

  1. Open QuickBooks and log in to the company as an Administrator.
  2. If the error message is still open, click the Retry button. If the message is not open, relaunch StarShip.
  3. On the QuickBooks Application Certificate window, choose “Yes, whenever this QuickBooks company file is open.”
  4. Click Continue. If the information in the confirmation window is correct, click Done.
