Enable Pitney Bowes shipping/rating and background tracking and view supported billing types and options. These settings apply to all of your enabled Pitney Bowes accounts.

Configuration
Disable the use of Pitney Bowes
Check this option if you want something other than USPS to be available for rating or shipping.
Enable background tracking
Background tracking collects shipment data so that you can look up delivery information for past shipments and generate late delivery reports from the StarShip Dashboard.
Background tracking must be generally enabled for StarShip in the StarShip Server under Tools > Options > Background Tracking. It can then be enabled/disabled for each carrier in the carrier setup.
Supported Carriers
USPS is the only supported carrier. You can expand the USPS node to view supported Services.
As of July 9, 2023, USPS introduced the new Ground Advantage services to replace its current First-Class Package and Parcel Select Ground. For more information, please refer to Pitney Bowes Release Notes.
StarShip adopted this change since Version 23.1.5. StarShip no longer offers Parcel Select as a Service option; instead, you can use Ground Advantage, and First-Class Mail service will be reserved for envelopes only.
