MAPADOC Usage

Once you set up mapping for MAPADOC fields in Custom Write-Back Setup, the write-back process to MAPADOC fields is automated by StarShip.

1. Create the Shipment in Acumatica. You can either pack the Shipment in Acumatica or pack it in StarShip, as described in the Overview.
2. In StarShip, click Rate/Ship and select the Shipments heading.
3. Select the Acumatica Shipment and click Create Shipment.
4. Process the StarShip shipment as you normally would.
5. StarShip writes the shipment information back to the MAPADOC and Package fields.

Write-Back

MAPADOC Fields

StarShip writes back to the mapped MAPADOC fields on the Shipment.

Package Fields

StarShip writes back to the mapped Package fields on the Packages tab on the Shipment.
