StarShip can write freight back directly to Shipments. To set up how write-back occurs to Fishbowl Online, configure the write-back settings found in Fishbowl Online Setup. To access Settings, select Setup > Source Interfaces > Fishbowl Online, and under Interfaces, select the Customize Interface button for Shipments.
Write-Back Settings
Write-Back Settings define when freight should be written back to Fishbowl when a shipment is processed or voided in StarShip. Freight will write back to the Items in the Cost field for each Carton on the General tab of the Ship Details screen.
When a shipment is processed or voided in StarShip
- Always write freight to the Shipment: When you save or void a shipment in StarShip, the freight amount is automatically written back to the Fishbowl Online Shipment.
- Prompt shipper to write freight to the Shipment: When you save a shipment in StarShip, the shipper receives a prompt asking if freight should be written back to the Fishbowl Online Shipment.
- Do not write freight back to the Shipment: Freight is not written back to Fishbowl.
When a shipment is processed in StarShip against a Fishbowl Shipment
This setting defines how the Fishbowl Shipment is treated when the corresponding StarShip shipment is Ship/Processed:

Do not change the Fishbowl Shipment status

Set the Fishbowl Shipment status to “Packed”

Set the Fishbowl Shipment status to “Shipped”
