Dynamics 365 BC User Permissions

Prior to setting up your Dynamics 365 BC company in StarShip, you’ll need to set up permissions for users.

User Permissions

Any user who will be using the StarShip Extension must have the STARSHIP FOR DYNAMIC Permission Set added to the Dynamics 365 User Permission Sets. This Permission Set is created when the StarShip Extension is installed in Dynamics 365 BC.

1. From the list of users, click on the user you want to modify.
2. Click the Edit button on the top menu.
3. Under User Permission Sets, click Manage and select New Line.
   
4. Type or search for “STARSHIP FOR DYNAMIC” and select the company from the Company drop-down list.
